Our Training System


Our active members focus on both grappling and striking, following a structured belted system that outlines our program. Classes are limited to 10 participants, ensuring quality instruction and hands-on experience.

We use a round-robin intensity format, where each session builds in difficulty as it progresses. Each class is centered around a single technique, with intensity increasing over time. Weekly training cycles cover a set of three techniques, which are then reinforced at the end of the week for mastery.
